Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

All prices and values on this web site are in UK Pounds Sterling.

We accept credit card payment (We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch).

If you wish to order by telephone, our orderline is open from 08.30am to 6.00pm from Monday to Friday, with extended hours at Christmas. We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule

Standard delivery is charged at £5.80 (unless stated differently in the product description) per delivery address.

You will receive your order within 3-5 working days if the goods are in stock. If you require urgent delivery, please ask and we will do what we can to rush it to you. For UK orders you have the option of express delivery (3-5 days). It is possible for you to specify a delivery date and we will endeavour to meet this date. Unfortunately, this cannot be guaranteed as we use independent couriers and first class post.

Please note that deliveries will be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and will usually occur between 8.00 am and 6.00 p.m. Delivery on Saturday cannot be guaranteed and will incur a surcharge; please contact us for details.

Shipping and Handling

If there is nobody in to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform the recipient how he or she can collect the parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes the recipients' responsibility to contact the courier and arrange a suitable delivery date. We accept no liability if the delivery is not made due to the recipient not being available. If the recipient fails to contact the courier in good time the goods will be returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to that or an alternative address. We therefore recommend sending your order to a work address if appropriate.

It is possible for you to provide us with instructions as to where to leave your delivery if there is no one in to accept it. E.g. In the shed or with a neighbour. Instructions can be left when placing your order.

In the event that you select a business address we shall be deemed to have delivered the [product/gift] to its intended recipient by delivering it to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly authorised representative a signed receipt of delivery.

We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to postcode error. We advise that if you are not sure of the address you should check it using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. We are unable to accept orders for delivery to any address containing a PO Box Number.

We are currently unable to take International orders.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

All prices are stated inclusive of VAT

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Returns should be made within 14 days.

Privacy Policy

Spirit Shed do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment or were you have given your consent to do so. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

We will add you name and address to our mailing list to keep you informed about your orders and future offers, if you do not wish to be mailed please let us know at the address above.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies

Returns Policy

Returns, refunds and exchanges

We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. Please return your goods using the free post sticker provided with your order (UK orders only), or to the address below. Returns should be made within 14 days.
